A 21-year old right-wing nationalist threw a fire bomb at the Defense Ministry in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, Tuesday night, but was arrested on the spot as he was overpowered by police. The man carried a written statement, condemning former Defense Minister Fumio Kyuma's comments on the WWII atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
